Everything we sell is a digital product (ebooks, cookbooks, guides, and toolkits) delivered by instant download. Because there is nothing physical to ship back, there are no physical returns; instead, our 30-day money-back guarantee below applies to every purchase.
How to request a refund
Email within 30 days of your purchase with:
- The email address you used at checkout, and
- Your order number (from your confirmation email).
Tell us briefly what didn't work for you — your feedback helps us improve. You do not need to delete the files to receive your refund, but by requesting one you agree to stop using the product and to delete any downloaded copies.
How your refund is issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We refund the full purchase price you paid.

If your download link didn't arrive or a file won't open, please contact us first at — most issues are quick to fix and we'll happily re-send your files at no charge.

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product, or refund requests made after the 30-day window.
